The Gene Cafe coffee roaster was developed as a roaster for domestic use. The Gene Roaster combines modern design, high-quality materials and excellent quality in manufacturing. King Coffee Bean Cooler:
The King Cooler was developed to fast cool down coffee beans after roasting. The final cooling process after roasting is a very important step. If the beans are not quickly cooled down to room temperature, the roasting process can continue continue due to the radiant heat between the beans. Freshly roasted coffee beans should rest for 3 to 4 days. Only then can the full flavors develop and you can enjoy the full taste.
