Quest M6:
The Quest M6 Coffee Roaster counts among the premium roasters for domestic use and is one of our top products. The Quest M6 comes with one analog thermometer in the face, insulation around the drum and a chaff collector under the drum. The qualities and features brought together by this coffee roaster are usually only found among industrial roasters. The Quest M6 coffee roaster allows you to take a sample from the drum during the roasting process, to monitor the progress of roasting through the inspection window and to manually regulate the roasting temperature. Quest M6 is a bigger version of M3. The Quest M6 (Version 2021) can roast 550g green coffee beans.

King Coffee Bean Cooler:
The King Cooler was developed to fast cool down coffee beans after roasting. The final cooling process after roasting is a very important step. If the beans are not quickly cooled down to room temperature, the roasting process can continue continue due to the radiant heat between the beans. Freshly roasted coffee beans should rest for 3 to 4 days. Only then can the full flavors develop and you can enjoy the full taste.
