Orders are shipped within 24 hours (after receipt of payment).

Goods are shipped free of charge to addresses in Austria / Germany if the order value is more than EUR 75.
An additional fee of EUR 8.00 will be charged in Austria and Germany if cash on delivery is selected as the desired mode of delivery. Shipping prices are based on one package with a total weight including package of 30kg.

If shipment via EXPRESS is selected, the goods are delivered on the next working day (except Saturdays) provided that the order is placed before 7:30 on the previous day. A flat fee of EUR 15.95 is charged.

Europe: Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Greece, Italy, Romania, Finland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia, Malta and Slovenia.
